Roman tables were usually made of marble, or wood and metal, and were mostly used for eating. Most tables were similar to the small tables used in ancient Greece, but later, larger rectangular tables and various sizes of round tables were also used. Some tables could be taken apart and others had folding bases.

Dark Green Marble Desk
A lovely solid dark green marbled table, with molded brass legs. I recoloured my desk at Zavaye Heleik, rendering it in the same green marble as the cafe table from Unleashed. Often the tablinum was richly furnished, in order to impress guests or visitors.

Marble Lion Desk
A solid white marble desk, with carved lions acting as the legs of this particular table. Design from a table found in the atrium of a villa in Pompeii/Herculaneum. This table will last for many centuries, as it is made out of solid marble. Available for the e-group only.

Red End Table
Design from HBO's Rome, in Brutus' or Servilia's tablinum. This little shelf was used for storing some scroll containers and scrolls, with space for more objects on top.

Probably not the most authentic piece of Roman furniture, but definitely an expensive show-off piece. Rich blue faux marble adorns the surface, with brass sphinxes supporting the surface.
